Once availability has been confirmed you may submit the private dining contract to the email above.
Room Minimum and Deposits:

a deposit is required, goes toward your final bill (Deposits may vary on group size)

Flat-screen TV is available for work presentations and slideshows. An HDMI cable will need to be provided by the guest.

Private dining is only available for more than 16 guests.
Holidays: Private Dining Room is unavailable on Friday's, Saturday's, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas Eve and New Year’s Eve.
Outside food and Beverages are not allowed. Decorations are not allowed unless agreed upon prior to the event.
All deposits are required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Your deposit will go toward your tab at the end of your event. We accept all major credit cards. NO CHEKCS!
Tax and Fees
Private events are subject to an 8.25% sales tax and 20% gratuity fee.
Guest Counts
During the initial planning, we request an approximate guest count. The final guest count is required One month prior the event. The host will be responsible for providing the final number of guests. This allows our kitchen staff to prepare your menu items for your event. If your guest count changes last minute you are still required to pay for the remaining guests.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations within:

7 days prior to the event, there is no cancellation fee and the deposit is fully refundable.

6 days prior to the event, 75% of your deposit will be refunded.

5 days prior to the event, 50% of your deposit will be refunded.

4 Days prior the deposit is non-refundable.

If all of your guests don't show we will charge the menu price per person. NO EXCEPTIONS!
Menu Options:
Parties of 16 or more, must choose from the Private dining menu (see pages 2-4). A Limited Menu choice must be made at the time of contract. We do our best to accommodate modifications after your contract has been submitted. Plates that require specific dietary needs must be submitted at the time of the contract. These plates may be subject to pricing adjustments. Gluten Free Pasta is available and needs to be noted at the time of the contract submission. A $9 charge will be placed on each Gluten Free dish. Bar service is available upon request. Cash Bar is only allowed for 16-20 guests, 21 or more guests cannot do a cash bar and all must be on one check.
Private Dining Rules, these must be relayed to your guests:

Host must check in with the host or server

Drink and Food orders cannot be taken until all guests are sat

Guests cannot go to the bar and order drinks, all orders must be placed with the server

if discussed with host prior to event, and drink tabs will be seperate, they must be closed upon placing drink order. No open tabs are allowed

Guests must be respectful to staff at all times, we have the right to refuse service to anyone

noise must be kept at a minimum, remember we are still serving other guests
-
children may not run around restaurant or play with restaurant items
