Tour of Italy Wine Dinner
Thursday June 19th at 6:00pm, join us for our Tour of Italy Wine Dinner! We will be serving a five course meal from regions all over Italy, including wine pairings.
Starting off from the Lombardia region is
Risotto Milanese - Italian Aborio rice simmered with shallots, Italian saffron, and Parmiggiano cheese.
From the Campania region we have
Misto di Pesce - Mussels baked with garlic, bread crumbs, and butter.
As well as clams baked with spinach and cheese. Also, Shrimp and Salmon sauteed in a white wine lemon butter sauce.
From the Toscana region
Tagliata di Manzo - Broiled New York Strip served with arugula, Parmiggiano cheese, and Olive Oil.
Misto di Formaggi - A mixed plate of Italian cheeses.
Dessert will be served from the Lazio region
Frutta mista con Crema Chantilly al
Caffe - Espresso Chantilly cream with a mix of fresh fruit.
Tessari Soave with the Risotto Milanese.
Feudi di San Gregorio Falanghina with the Misto di Pesce.
Morellino di Scansano with the Tagliata di Manzo.
Italo Pietrantonj Montepulciano D'Abruzzo with the Misto di Formaggi.
Rose'N'Blum Bubbly Moscato with the Frutta mista con Crema Chantilly al Caffe.
